Use an AI assistant with your lesson

A browser tab is a page label at the top of your browser. A second tab lets you visit an AI assistant while keeping your lesson available.

Three steps

  1. Prepare the lesson prompt. Add your goal and limits in the lesson, then use its Copy prompt button. Read the prompt and remove anything private before sending it.
  2. Ask the assistant. Keep the lesson open. If this guide replaced the lesson in the same tab, use your browser’s Back button first. Open a new tab, visit an assistant you already use, paste the prompt into its message box, and send it. On a phone, use the tab button or tab switcher to move between pages.
  3. Return and learn from the reply. Copy the useful part, switch back to the lesson tab, and paste or summarize it in your notes. Check it against the lesson’s criteria, then make one improvement yourself.

If the prompt is no longer on your clipboard, return to the lesson and copy it again. If switching tabs is difficult, use the paper option below instead.

No assistant available?

Do the same thinking on paper or in a blank document: write a first draft, check it using the lesson’s questions, and revise one part. You do not need to subscribe to an AI service to complete the learning exercise.

Protect your information

Before sending anything, remove names, passwords, account or payment details, and private information about you or someone else. For work, follow your employer’s rules and use only information approved for that service. Made-up examples are fine.

AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check important facts with reliable sources and keep decisions in your hands. An assistant may not remember this conversation later; memory features vary by service and settings.
