Share only what is needed
Remove names, addresses, account numbers, and other identifying details when they are not necessary. A general description is often enough.
Keep highly sensitive details out of ordinary chats
Never share passwords, security-question answers, full Social Security numbers, or full payment-card information in an ordinary AI chat. Think carefully before uploading highly sensitive personal documents.
Understand the service you are using before intentionally sharing sensitive information with it.
